"I would absolutely recommend staying here. The property is a four-minute walk to Victoria station which was incredibly handy for getting around London - whether you take the train/taxi/bus. "I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.
This keeps the feedback clear and constructive!

"The room was immaculate and laid out well, but quite small. Our room had a support column next to the bed. IIt had a King bed and would have been more comfortable with a Queen bed.
The bathroom was modern, the shower new and working perfectly. Staff helpful, and location could not be better.
Excellent business hotel.
A bit on the pricey side for the room size, but right next to the big rail stations. We would stay there again."
