"We had high hopes for this place, drove over 3 hours to get there, and had plans to be somewhere shortly after checking in at 3 PM, but needed to get dressed, etc. Our room wasn't ready until just after 4 PM and the best they could offer was for us to get ready in the common bathroom in the lobby.
