" I would like to provide feedback with regards to the shuttle that I took to your hotel. On 15 June late evening, I waited at Schiphol airport from 10.45 pm. The shuttle at 11.02 pm didn't turn up at all. I then went up to a shuttle at 11.20 pm which runs among 3 Ibis hotels nearby to Schiphol. So after a short ride, I went down at Ibis Hotel. After talking to the front desk, then only I realised that it is Ibis Hotel, but not Ibis Style Hotel! So I had to wait for another shuttle that...

"A fantastic location! So clean and generally beautiful. The staff was friendly and efficient. It would be great if there was access to the gas station next to the hotel. We ended up driving around for half an hour looking for fuel which is sad since there is a station next to the hotel."

"I booked this hotel cos of it location. I was there 12 pm and allowed us to check in, very friendly receptionist even offered us drink. We choose to opt out the housekeeping for 5 days and in return a €10 food voucher. The room is big and spacious for 2 big 30 inch luggage. They even have coffee machine in the room. My room was so beautiful, right in front the train station and canal. This hotel was very conscious on their guest. We have turn on "Do not Disturb for 3 days", the housekeeping have...

"Couldn’t fault this hotel the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us and the decor is gorgeous. Breakfast lovely and lots of options. Only little suggestion would be to add in fluffy dressing gowns in the Winter months rather than the thin material ones. "

"Very practical and well operated airport hotel. The room was clean and quiet. Most important to me, the quality of the bed and the bedding was all excellent. Only negative is absolute lack of streaming or smart TV options, so no way to watch Netflix etc in the rooms. That meant two English language news channels only, which is pretty lame considering it is 2026. Otherwise a comfortable and pleasant hotel. "
