"The hotel was beautiful. The location perfect. Our room was fantastic and spacious and we were so happy to have a washing machine. The ONLY complaint was that there was construction happening right outside our room starting before 8am which was frustrating. We would happily stay again"

"Excellent trip from start to finish. We arrived early, but the rooms were already ready. And we got a fantastic upgrade! The concierge helped us plan out our sightseeing for the following day, as well as made a great dinner recommendation and reservation. Drinks and food at Peacock Alley and the Caley bar were excellent. The service was wonderful - I wish I could remember all the staffs’ name who assisted us. Thanks for an excellent stay! "

"Rooms clean, modern & attractive. Cosy bedroom, nice shower & fragrant shower gel with towels changed daily. Overlooking square, close to an array of shops/restaurants as well as entertainment, we went to the stand comedy club. Nicely situated hotel, both the new/old town can be explored within easy walking distance. Just a shame no full English breakfast."

"Very good welcome, arrived a little earlier than the check in which was no worries at all. Left bags & returned a little later. The bags were taken to the room, the room was great, very pleased with it in all manners. The location was fantastic & we had a great time in Edinburgh. "A brilliant location for exploring Edinburgh, close to the railway station, easy walking to the main sites in the city and loads of excellent restaurants in the Broughton area. Funky interior design which may not be to be to everyone’s taste! Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast staff less so. Overall, really pleased with our choice to stay here."
