"Breakfast wasn't quite up to part with other HIE's I have stayed at and in general it could be a bit cleaner."

"Recently renovated. Everything was fresh and updated. Beds were very comfortable, air conditioner rattled a bit, but had no problems keeping it cool. The pool was great, with a separate restroom directly attached. The breakfast was really good for a freebie, exceptional for a complimentary actually. If I had to come up with a complaint: The room was a little small for a double queen setup."

"Check in was quick and friendly. We had our dog so we were put in one of the designated "pet rooms"; that made me a little worried that it would be dirty, but it wasn't at all! Room, bed, linens, and bathroom were all spotless. The fridge and microwave were good to have as well. The pet relief area was right outside our room, equipped with pick up bags and a trashcan. We'd definitely stay here again if in the area!"

"We checked in, went into the room and turned on the light to see the room just “move” as it was infested with bugs! We turned around and went back to the desk. We made reception aware of what was going on. They did not seem in the least surprised or apologetic. They did offer us another room, but who in the right mind would stay there after seeing that?! They denied us a refund. So basically spent 100 Ish dollars to open the door to an etymology lab and walk back out. We went down the road to a...
