I read the reviews, and my experience didn't match the Expedia reviews. My original room, I think 127 had a mattress that felt uneven, bumpy, and uncomfortable. Surprisingly, at check-out, I was told the mattress was new. The staff tried to accommodate me and allowed me to switch rooms.
Room 235 had two beds. The mattresses were better. Both rooms had inadequate tv's. The tv's were small with dark pictures. I had significant problems with the key cards. This was an issue in both rooms. On several occasions, I needed new cards.
The property is undergoing renovations. Perhaps it will improve. Right now, I'm avoiding staying at any Best Westerns.
