"We had a great stay in condo 4E. Very roomy very clean. The grounds are beautiful. One of the best sunsets of my trip was by the pool. Asked for someone to come fix my patio light but that didn't happen. Overall great time and would recommend."

"This is the best hotel that we have stayed at. The amenities, staff, rooms, the spa, the adult pool, the food, the beachโฆall 5 stars! Swam with manta rays and did the longest running luau that was well done. Have been coming here since the 80โs and it only keeps getting better. We love the Mauna Kea and the Big Island of Hawaii."

"My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay Mango Sunset and would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Big Island. Dan, the owner, greeted us at the door with a jar full of homegrown ground coffee and helped us with our bags to our room. We stayed in the Ocean View room and it was fantastic. An incredibly view and very comfortable accommodations. In the morning, one of the staff members cooked breakfast both mornings we were there and it was delicious! It was a perfect way to stay our adventures. The property is also very close to Kona, so navigating into the city or the surrounding area is super easy. All in all, it was an incredible stay and one we wonโt soon forget! 10/10"

"We rented a unit on the second floor of building E. It had a large, well-furnished balcony with a fabulous view of the sunset each evening. The location was great and included a designated covered parking space. Access to the exclusive Mauna Lani Beach Club was a huge perk. The shops at Mauna Lani were a 2-min drive away and there was a shop in that location to rent snorkel gear. This area of the island was perfect for a relaxing stay for our family of four. The washer and dryer in the unit were very helpful and the option to cook and eat in the unit was also a huge bonus."
