"We had a wonderful stay at La Scaletta in Florence! The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, with so many great shops, restaurants, and beautiful sights within easy walking distance. One of the things we loved most was the combination of history and modern comfort. Staying in such a beautiful historic building, surrounded by gorgeous frescoes and architectural details, made the experience feel very special, while the rooms still had a fresh, modern vibe. The terrace bar was another highlight and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Florence. Beautiful hotel, excellent location, and great service. We would definitely recommend La Scaletta and would happily stay here again!"

"The hotel is in a great spot if you want to be in the city center. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and overall it was a great space. I wish they had conditioner but I noticed that some of the hotels in Europe just donโt have conditioner. Some do and some donโt so if they did that would have been a bonus. I will say our bathroom was weird and I forgot to take a pic of it. It was different than what you see in the pictures for the comfort room that we picked. It was a small closet sized room that had the shower in the corner with a drain so even with towels surrounding the shower the floor would get wet and it was easy to slip. Other than that the room was perfect for what we needed it to be for our trip."

"This was literally a dream hotel. I already miss being there and when I go back to Florence, I will stay there again. To say that this place was clean, classy, elegant, safe, and convenient is an understatement. The staff were extremely kind professional, caring, and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The view from the room as well as the rooftop were simply breath taking. Easy walk to literally anywhere in the city. I just cannot rave enough about this place. The cherry on top was the breakfast area and the buffet; it was like going to a 5-star restaurant with beautiful ambience and great breakfast selection. The servers were utmost patient, professional and caring. On our last day, when I did not show up to breakfast with my family because of feeling under the weather, the staff had insisted on making a tray for me and send to the room with my wife! Just the nicest, kindest and most hospitable people in every area of the hotel. And yes, even though it was hot as hell the AC system was strong and powerful without skipping a beat."

"My husband and I traveled with our two teenage boys this summer, and we were so glad we chose to stay at Spadai. We stayed in two separate rooms since the family suite was not available, and the arrangement worked out very well for us. The location was excellentโperfect for exploring Florence on foot, and especially convenient during the heat wave because we could easily return to the hotel for short breaks throughout the day. The rooms were impeccable, the bathrooms were spacious and spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also really enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had something for everyone, including a large selection of cheeses, pastries, cakes, and cold cuts. I would absolutely stay at Spadai again if I return to Florence. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful hotel!"
