"Het park is er mooi, helaas was ons appartement wat verwaarloosd. De plinten zaten los, de kastjes hingen scheef en vielen bijna uit de keuken. Ook miste onze badstop. Hiervoor hebben we gebeld en kwamen ze een uurtje later er een brengen."

The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. "Great hotel steps away from CDG, quiet, clean, comfortable bed, the room is quite small but so thoughtfully laid out, the shower was great, the restaurant staff were very helpful and accommodating of my food allergy, will absolutely stay here again."

"The room was clean and the people were kind. BUT if you are not a skinny tall person, it’s almost impossible to stay here. The shower door swings inward and there is only a 8 inch gap you have to squeeze through to get in the shower. It’s almost impossible for an adult. Same thing with the toilet, you have to have the door open as you are on it because it’s so small in there your knees hit the door. "el hotel estuvo bien, pero cuando llegamos nos asignaron una habitacion que no estaba lista. La cama estaba usada y tenia una toalla sobre la cama. Nos la cambiaron sin problema pero creo que es algo que no debe suceder, y no nos ayudaron a mover las maletas a la nueva habitacion ni nos compensaron de ninguna forma. "The shuttle bus works from 6.15 am till noon time and from 17.15 PM.. we took the bus from the T3 to the bus station facing the hotel. breakfast is 25 Euro if you buy it from the hotel. room is clean , spacious , including safe box and mini bar. areovillle shopping mall is 5 min walk , use your GPS to get directions . friendly staff at the hotel. we used the shuttle to go 6.15 to the aeroport .. it takes 15 min .."

"Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived, but we weren't notified as we had hoped to go swimming before we could check-in. Only downside about this resort was the check-in time at 4pm, we didn't get confirmation from the front desk, so at 5:30pm I went back and asked, then they had a room ready. Plus, we requested a bed guard and there wasn't one. "
