"The property was far better than I imagined, it was huge, beautiful inside and the outside space was so peaceful! There was just one of the cupboards that was not cleaned properly, other than that it was spotless!
It’s unfortunate that the communication is so poor, they speak barely any English, which is absolutely no issue, as my French isn’t great either, but when you work in hospitality, and where most of their visitors speak English it’s very difficult at times to communicate. We left our...

"The hotel is in a great location. The pool is lovely. Staff were helpful.
The room was only cleanish. Bedding and everything was clean, but a lot of dust and missed bits. The drains were clogged. The worst thing was no room service. Even with a a kitchenette, in a hotel I expect them to clean. This is likely why things had slipped."

"The room was more like a studio apartment, which was one of the few positives.It was clean with basic essentials.
Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor, especially regarding the €90 deposit. At check-in, I was told the deposit had to be paid by credit card only. This was not clearly stated in the booking policy. I only had debit cards, so I had no choice but to pay with it.
