"Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Europa. Die Lage ist zentral in der Altstadt und direkt am See gelegen. Die Piazza Catena hat einen tollen Flair. Das Team des Hotels hat dafür gesorgt, dass der Aufenthalt ein unvergesslicher Urlaub wurde. Im Hotel wurde auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit geachtet. Der Concierge-Service beantwortete alle Fragen und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückbuffet ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. "Wonderful staff and great restaurant. Our rooms were on the top floor with a lake view and was traditional in style but very clean and in good condition. Restaurant prioritised hotel guests and gave a discount. Hotel is right next to the ferry terminal so is very convenient. We enjoyed watching the ferries come and go. "Wir waren das dritte Mal im Savoy Palace. Erstmals haben wir Halbpension dazu gebucht. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles sehr gut organisiert und das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück und Abendessen bieten hervorragende Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen. Das Gesamtangebot ist wohl kaum zu überbieten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!"

"Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange.
