" Perfect place nice staff"

"This place was incredible! It's located right by the central train station and Metro, making this an ideal location for anyone looking to travel through Naples or throughout Italy. The rooms are so quiet, and the view of Mount Vesuvius is phenomenal. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. We only paid for breakfast one morning (it was not included in our nightly fee so we paid separately), but the breakfast was great and worth the price. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. Only downside is everything is a bit of a walk so it is not a super walkable location for some of the things we wanted to see. Overall, we really loved our stay here and would stay here again in the future! "

"We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel. The other challenge we had was the taxi services. If you didn’t have the hotel reach out for a taxi (preferred), we found ourselves getting ripped off by the taxis. It just diminishes the experience overall."

"Very good stay. Location is convinient since it is close to Napoli Centrale and I was traveling wity elderlies via Train but besides seeing the common crazyness of Naples, the Hotel is very good. I only wish tye roff top was better equipped to service people, it has great potential and tge view is outstanding."

"Very far from anywhere. We took the metro and it was still far from the metro, bus is rare so we had to take a shuttle car. Qualiano seemed to be a remote area and far from central Naples. We knew from other reviews it was gonna be far but didn't know it was this far haha. Breakfast were only croissants and cereals. Room was a bit too small for 4 people, but the other room for 2 people was quite nice and spacious. The bathroom is also small, no place to put your bathroom amenities. Everytime we need to go out, we need to give our keys to the receptionist, which i don't understand why because I've never experienced such thing in other hotels. The AC is controlled by the receptionist, so if you need to turn the AC on, you need to tell them. However, we appreciate the help from the receptionist for arranging taxi for us to go to the airport."

"I really liked this small hotel. Although it has a few disadvantages, they were largely made up for by its character and the efforts of the lovely family that run it. On the up side, the room was a very good size and perfectly clean and comfortable. Airconditioning and heating were easy to control. The various members of the family who staffed it went out of their way to be helpful at every turn. It helps if you have a little Italian. The breakfast (at five euro per day) is a bit basic, croissants, cornflakes etc., and there is no menu so you find yourself guessing what might be available. The breakfast room also acts as a little bar in the evenings. It is a twenty minute walk to the subway and, from there, an easy and cheap 30 minute ride to Naples' centre. The trains a frequent. The big downside is the location. There are very few facilities anywhere near the hotel - no shops or restaurants that I could find, one tiny bar. I was advised to order in a take-away for dinner on the first evening - it was a pizza that arrived nearly cold. The walk back up from the subway station is lonely and rubbish-strewn in parts - as a solo woman traveller, I wouldn't be happy coming back after dark, though the trains do run late. For the price (sixty-one euros per night) it was reasonable value and very genuine. I would recommend the experience - it was fun staying there."
