"Veldig lyst og fint og rent rom. Varmepumpe som kjølte ned rommet. God dusj. Kjøleskap med noe drikke og pålegg. Husverten kunne lite engelsk men fikk god service."

"The place was super clean, the host was very friendly and helpful. Waited until super late for us to arrive, even though we came later than expected. He gave us great recommendations, and even provided assistance with getting a ride to the Amalfi Coast. Couldn't have asked for a better host. I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't give a review as soon as I returned. I'm leaving a review a year later, thats how great he was!"

"This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. "

"This is a great hotel- the staff is amazing! Very kind, they care about you being comfortable in the apartment (which was a beautiful space!) and around the city. They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. "I enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. It was Bout 15-20 minutes drive from the airport. The staffs were really friendly and made me feel home. Every time I asked for something, they provided right away. The food wS also good at a reasonable price. I will definitely stay there if I ever go back to Naples, Italy."

"Uso questo hotel per pernotti di una sola notte (visita parenti nei dintorni). Rispetto alla volta scorsa, dove avevo fatto una recensione pessima, devo dire che questa volta è andato tutto molto bene. Personale gentile e professionale. Le camere non sono insonorizzate e i rumori purtroppo dipendono anche dalla presenza di ospiti più o meno educati. E' fornito di piscina di cui non ho mai usufruito, ma ho visto famiglie con bambini (arrivando nel primo pomeriggio) che ne facevano uso. Ho dato...
