"The room was clean, tasteful, and the shutters were really neat. The front-desk staff were very helpful in securing us transport to the airport for our very early flight out of Naples; much cheaper than booking through Uber. They also provided restaurant recommendations for lunch/dinner with great food that were not too far walking distance. The breakfast spread was amazing and just what we needed. We had a great stay at the Vomera High Hotel."

"The biggest pro is the hostess is exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond. She took special care to ensure we were well informed about how to get around Naples and what things were available to us. She even helped us carry some of our bags. The biggest con is the excessive number of stairs. We welcome walking around and exercising, but carrying luggages up several flights of long stairs was brutal. I would suggest the property listing be a bit more transparent about this. Each floor contains two sets, and the reception is on the second floor, and our room was on the third. Aside from that... Other pros include: - AC unit is magnificent. It works via remote control allowing you to control the temperature and fan speed. - I liked that they provided larger garbage bins (some hotels have tiny ones) - Good lighting in bedroom and bathroom - I appreciated being about to communicate to the reception via WhatsApp at anytime (again, she was the KINDEST host we've ever had) Other cons: - Area is a little noisy outside at night Other information that may be useful: The property is behind a wall. Go through the door. The reception is on the 2nd floor (4 flights of stairs) to the right. There are shared areas available for use. The metro station is close to the main street the b&b is one. Breakfast consists of a croissant and coffee at the bakery right outside the property area. Property is a bit older but clean. (Tried to add photos "+" button didn't work.)"

"I personally greatly appreciated the room, the view of the plaza, and the acoustics were incredibly good at elimination noise from the street. It's an ancient part of Naples, so there's some very interesting things to see close by. I highly recommend Vicus for a first rate dinner, a couple blocks away. And Oliva Pizza down stairs. There is an elevator a d you can request a taxi, but at 82 years old, I do stairs and I walk. To each his own! 😆"

"The location isn’t great as a solo traveller as the routes to the main attractions are reached via very dirty and sometimes derelict paths/roads. Room had a window you could open but not see out of due to shutter that was across it. Room very basic. Has a fridge (no water) but no kettle etc Bed comfy as a solo but would be v small to share Breakfast had the most lovely pastries but you had to ask for milk and hot water so if felt rationed Sun terrace was lovely and great to sit on of an evening Reception team fab and helpful particularly Simona who was lovely and wrote out everything out for me, called me a taxi and just generally great."
