Fernando was extremely helpful and friendly and took care of everything dufing our brief stay. Breakfast room was delightful and included homegrown blueberries and homemade jam. "

I called the night before to ask whether I needed to arrange a taxi from the Somma Lombardo train station and was told taxis would be available outside. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There were no official taxis—only a couple of local drivers with small cars that couldn’t accommodate our luggage. The walk from the station to the hotel is quite long, which made things difficult. Thankfully, a kind local helped my family and me get to the hotel safely. The staff at the lobby were nice and helpful when we arrived, I’m unsure about the misinformation on the taxi situation.

"This a trendy well located city hotel. Rooms are not huge but large enough. Bed was on the firm side, but that's what I like. Air con welcomed. Bathroom well specced. Chilled filtered water tap on lift lobby to fill up your chilly bottle. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of choice and great capacinos on request. Very trendy place. Loved it and so close for shopping area and restaurants and the castle and the cathedral are all walking distance. "
