"Gorgeous house in beautiful, rural location. Friendly hosts, delicious breakfast and very nice touches, such as complimentary sherry in the room, good biscuits and coffee! Wish we had had more time to sit in the little wine drinking room! The biggest bed we have ever slept in! Great artwork throughout and nice garden. Next to a large pub"

"Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny. "Excellent service from very friendly staff in a large comfortable room which suited us perfectly. It was very hot weather so a fan in the room wouldve been nice but we had our own so didnt ask. Overall it was a top notch visit and would definitely stay there again or recommend to others. "

"Had a lovely night stay , was late checking in just after 11pm , was welcomed by staff member who was very professional, he offered to carry our bags up to our room , showed us how things worked in the room eg the aircon /heating panel .
