"Clean room, great friendly staff"

"Perfect post-holiday overnight stop. Check-in was friendly and efficient (even at midnight), room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with excellent shower. Breakfast was very good; my only little gripe was that the buffet area was a bit small and was crowded."

"Perfect room and location for travelling out of Manchester airport. The pub offers a good choice of drinks and food which we took advantage of on the evening. As we took an early flight we couldn't take up the inclusive English breakfast and so took up the takeaway breakfast option of a juice and cereal bar. These are ok, but having done this twice now it would be better if the hotel alongside their inclusive breakfast rates offered a slightly reduced room only rate for these occasions. That said we'd stay again because we like the location, rooms etc. "

"All staff excellent service. When you are guest of the day however you should be told what it entails on arrival or at least in the card. We were told nothing, so obviously couldn’t enjoy the extra experience "

"As Farm really is a fabulous place to stay. Great location , the rooms are beyond beautiful, super friendly couple who run it and the food is just fabulous. I have been on many occasions to stay at Ash farm and I am just about to book another stay. Highly highly recommend this place Fiona."
