"The hotel is situated in a good location, located in the popular suburb of Surry Hills, but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel has two entrances, with the reception bizarrely located on a very small desk at the back of the hotel. The front entrance is right next to two ‘Master’ rooms, one of which we stayed in. "The room was clean and housekeeping was excellent. The staff were helpful and provided all necessary services. Parking wasn’t available during our stay because the car stacker was out of order. Overall, it’s a good hotel that met our expectations."

"The hotel is located at a very strategic location, walking distance to China town, paddy’s market and darling harbour. The room is good and spacious for us. They provide free coffee at ground floor, got water dispenser too. But we rent a car there, we have to pay AUD35 per day for parking. "
