Arguably the nicest property I can recall staying at. Huge amount of space for our family of 5. Kitchen was stocked and super valuable after a quick stop to the nearby market. Beautiful building and unit. Super quiet. Full service staff. Valentina was a gem in making sure our stay and visit were perfect (arranging transportation, tips and recommendations, special needs). Super fast elevator. We enjoyed Venice and would come back just to stay here again.

Amazing property. Spacious and beautiful. Located right next to the Circus Maximus and a little strip of bistros and bars. While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment. Recommend Guenda restaurant for great food and drinks just a few steps away.

This was an amazing hotel to stay in Venice. The location is close to all the major attractions, restaurants, shopping. There's a cafe arund the corner for breakfest. Our room was grand, clean and stylish. We're a family of four, we stayed in the Girasole room, there was tons is space to stretch out. The stocked fridge and fruit was a great welcome. Anyone staying here must take a water taxi to the hotel! Great way to start and finish your trip. I'll definitely stay here again.

Elegant apartments run by a professional and welcoming team who made our stay very comfortable. The palazzo is situated close to everything but in a quiet and charming area. The building is newly renovated and decorated tastefully. The apartment one needs and the space to relax as a family.

Our apartment was huge and everything modern and luxurious. The hotel is across a small canal from the music conservatory so you can hear the classical musicians practicing. It’s simply magical! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The property is quiet but just a short walk to all the major tourist spots. A 10 out of 10 experience and would definitely recommend!

The Palazzo Dei Fiori is truly fabulous. The apartments are very large, modern and comfortable without compromising the old world charm of the building. We were able to look out our window at the canal and the passing gondolas and boats. The location is very convenient to St. Marks Square and public water transportation from the airport. We were able to bring back a pizza from the local shop to enjoy with our complimentary bottle of champagne and there were snacks, beverages and coffee/espresso for our breakfast. The staff was very helpful in answering our questions before our arrival and arranging our private water taxi to the Fusina cruise terminal. The water taxi picked us up right at the hotel. We wish we could have stayed longer!

A beautiful apartment with two big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room. It takes a day or so to figure out where you are but basically near Academia Bridge and not far from San Marco, near Giglio bus stop. Very clean and comfortable. Staff is delightful. Would definitely stay again!

Do NOT look any further! This is where you should and must stay! I could write an essay on why! We traveled with our 2 children and stayed in the 3 bedroom, my kids screamed when they walked in. Elvis and EVERYONE at the front desk is amazing. Venice is magical and staying here only made it more special! The windows, the space, the people, stay here!

Our stay at Tulipano suite was amazing. We were were impressed by the size of the apartment. It’s impossible to find anything like this gem in Venice. Clean , comfortable beds, quiet and the staff is very professional. Valentina was very helpful and the entire crew as well. I will highly recommend this place. Excellent and amazing place to stay with family

This place is an amazing place you want to stay with your family of 5 or 6. The staff Alice and two others we met during our stay were excellent and made our checking and out very smooth. Alice started to follow us a day before to arrange water taxi but we all arranged in advance. Little pricy by excellent location and place to enjoy Venice. If I am coming again, I will stay again in this apartment. Although we did not cook but there is complete kitchen with utencils and pans and a dinning room as well

What a beautiful apartment. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, very spacious, clean and beautiful. The communication was top notch, the property assisted with transportation from the airport, there was someone there to greet us and show us around upon check in. We had welcome wine, free water, free drinks in the fridge and free snacks all courtesy of the apartment. We really did not need to but any groceries during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better location, its literally a walking distance from all the attractions, restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this property and I will definitely stay there again if I return to Vernice.

An elegant and peaceful place to stay

Another lovely stay at the Palazzo dei Fiori. The appartment was beautiful, spacious and elegantly furnished and we love how convenient and yet peaceful the area is.
