Nice to have a space to our own vs a hotel during our three week trip around Europe. Place was comfortable and staff was wonderful.

Great location, needs a little attention

The location was great. Away from the main tourist spots, very quiet and close to some local favorite markets/cafes/shops. I think we may have been one of the first people to stay here because a few basic elements were missing. Wi-Fi was very choppy. Could be a service provider issue. TV didn’t work. We texted the property manager and they responded with “it works” but made no effort to fix. No paper towels or dish towels. For an apartment with a fully stocked kitchen, making meals was made difficult by the lack of those items. We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days. Had to buy more. Wall units only blew heat, no air Washing machine took 3 hours to run and we had to buy our own detergent. No shelves in the bathroom or shower and hooks didn’t work for towels. No light in the bedroom - couldn’t see inside the closet even in the daylight. For €100 (towels, lamp, shelves) and a little care toward the Wi-Fi and TV, it could be made to be a very comfortable place.

sehr schönes Appartment, toll renoviert, gute Lage, alles da, was man braucht - aber der Check in geht über das Hotel Canareggio, was mit Gepäck 30 Minuten entfernt ist. Leider nur zu empfehlen, wenn man mit wenig Gepäck unterwegs ist.

Il faut passer chercher les infos et finaliser le règlement (taxe de séjour + ménage) dans un hôtel avant de se rendre dans le logement. La jeune femme de l'accueil parle très bien le français. Au niveau du logement, rien à dire. Calme, propre, tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour

endroit très sympa, à 10 min à pied de la plazza San Marco. Le côté pratique de pouvoir se faire ses propres sandwich et son petit déjeuner. Il manquait quelques accessoires comme un tapis de douche, un grille pain et un torchon. Mais sinon c'était très bien.

What a lovely place

Wonderful stay in Venice! Beautiful appartment in a quiet area. Well equipped kitchen. Good bed. Nice bathroom. And the terrace - so enjoyable to sit outside. Wifi worked nicely. Staff extremely helpful. Hope I can come back soon!
