"Locating the hotel proved to be a bit challenging, but after circling the area four times, I successfully arrived. The room was well-maintained and offered a pleasant view. Witnessing the Manila sunrise from my room was truly a delight. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to shopping facilities was convenient. The staff members were exceptional, with Jobert standing out for his helpfulness."

"This hotel is cute and staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the building had so many issues from the day we checked in. Lost power for a long time, we were asked to pack up in the middle of the night to be transferred to Seda. This was on the day we just checked in. We already unpacked so it was such an added stress to repack everything in the middle of the night. Then we waited for a long time in the lobby to be shuttled to Seda but they found a room for us to stay for the night, then...

"Amazing stay! It was my first visit to Manila and I really enjoyed BGC red planet as it was really clean, looks new and comfortable. Except for shower detergent and toilet roll, you have to prepare your own amenities like toothbrush toothpaste face tissue etc. There’s a Lawson just behind BGC The Fort Red Planet, some convenient stores and fast food chain nearby so it is extremely convenient! They also offer free water refill at the lobby. They provide only 1 key card, and no in-room phone...

"The staff attending my check-in was under training. He seemed poised and a quick learner. He will be an excellent FD staff member in due time and will learn to take check-ins as an opportunity to showcase the hotel. I was assigned a room with a door that creaks when you try to open it fully. It was also missing drinking glasses and a pillow. "It was very close to a lot of things like SM Aura, the unit is clean and the host was very helpful and communicated instantly. The unit has the necessary amenities although didn’t check out the pool nor the gym. Not the unit’s fault- but at one point only one elevator was working and the hallways were very warm.
