"Excellent hotel. It's tough to find hotels that accommodate parking- especially Venice. This hotel has parking on site. Walk across the street to the first bridge into Venice. The rooms are spacious, clean and they were the first hotel of our trip to offer coffee in the room. Highly recommend this hotel"

"Very nice room for a family of 4. Everyone had their own bed, which was our main concern. Fabio at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived at the property with our water taxi and arranged for our luggage to be brought up to our rooms. "Awesome .. beautiful facility, great staff, just enough off the beaten track to be quiet in crazy busy venice .. and the apartment we rented was phenomenal allowing us to hide away for the last 4 days of a 2 week trip Nice we got a washer dryer since we were almost out of clean clothes by the time we arrived .. funny no one could figure out how the dryer part worked "
