"Very disappointing stay and definitely not worth the price (around CAD $400 per night). Check in after 2pm not available. You have to do it yourself. Upstairs is reception and they give basement room to us beside their storage, garbage and air conditioners heat area. Only one room was there which they gave it to us. The room had a strong unpleasant smell that irritated my wife’s eyes, and it was difficult to get help because staff were often unavailable. The only request I made was for...

"Beautiful junior suite we felt we were staying in a castle bedroom. My daughter felt like a Princess. Beautiful gold headboard and beautiful walls. The view from the room was beautiful. It was Very clean We had all we needed. Close to everything all walking distance."
