"Excelente hotel, sin duda cuando vuelva a Italia me volveré a quedar en la linea B&B, staff amable, cuarto impecable, regadera super cómoda, desayunos muy completos, fue el único hotel en todo mi viaje que ofrecía Parmeggiano Regianno. El restaurante tenía entretenimiento y estaba abierto todo el día por si necesitabas comer o cenar ahí, y en el caso de Venecia, que Tronchetto está a las afueras, fue un salvavidas para las cenas. Super recomendable 10/10."

"Staff was unclear regarding breakfast and very slow to bringing us coffee and coffee cups to the room. We were told they offered us 14$ breakfast per person for the whole weekend and at checkout were told it was actually per day. Additionally after using the coffee machine in the rooms they didn’t bring new cups the next day and we had to ask multiple times for new coffee and clean cups. Very slow on that end. Otherwise the hotel and our stay was very nice! Just a bit frustrating on the staff...

We ate at Sangra one night, and although it could have been great - it was a struggle to get service (constantly trying to get servers attention for everything) - not worth the 300 euro dinner. Apart from the eggs being overly salty, the savory and sweet pastries, cold cuts, cereal, fruits, salads, chicken wings, bacon, assortment of breads and jams, 3 different types of juices and variety of specialty coffees from the machine were fantastic! "The front desk staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant! We had quite a difficult arrival, with the unfamiliarity with the vapareto and what not. They provided a quick tutorial on how to navigate it successfully for the remainder of our stay. Rooms were upscale and clean. Breakfasts were delightful as were the waitresses. Sunsets out front along the canal are stunning. When we return to Venice, we will only stay at this establishment, you can bank on that!"
