"The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. But there were a few things I didn’t quite like. There was an awful smell in the elevator and hallways. The first room I was assigned didn’t smell great, but the second one smelled fine. Also unlike other Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at, the rooms didn’t have a privacy screen that allowed light inside the room. It only had the black out screen. "Breakfast in the morning (continental). The bed was very comfortable. No problems with WI-FI. steps to the beach. Pool is nice but a little small, but I assume most people would be at the beach. there is a hot-tub too. I loved the hotel, the beach and the Venice area; close to shopping, great restaurants and quaint little stores. "

"Every associate we interacted with met us with a smile, a hello and made eye contact with us. They were very accommodating & helpful. The rooms were large, beds very comfortable & clean. "Great find right on a private, local beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger tourist areas. More than fair price point for the ability to walk right onto the beach, and the interior of the units have been updated nicely. Comfortable bed in the bedroom.
