"The hotel is in a perfect location downtown. The hotel is not very clean nor is it well maintained. Upon checkin we were assigned a room that was smoked in and in terrible condition. The staff was able to assign us a different room, better but still not good. There was another person in the lobby complaining about cockroaches in his room and the staff was offering to cancel his reservation for a $79 fee.. I never saw bugs in either of the rooms we had been assigned. We won’t be back."

"I stayed on the first floor, very quiet even though it was facing the parking lot entrance. Microwave, refrigerator, clean, large TV. Easy access to shower. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. I will be back in August."

"The water in the shower didn’t have enough pressure and we had to call maintenance for assistance due to the shower being defective and the tub was clogged. The room and the hotel looked old in appearance like it hasn’t been renovated in a long while. We didn’t use the pool but it was very small. Breakfast was okay. I think the price is fair for what you get. The staff was attentive tho."

"Super helpful on check in gave me all the local info I needed to know and everything about the property. Clean, great amenities, so close to the beach with great access I think was a private access road, new pool was lovely, very refreshing in the heat!! Staff friendly and helpful. Just all round great experience!"

"Room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was not comfortable, no counter space. No extra blankets or pillows. No employees onsite to ask for it, like a front desk. The housekeeping staff very friendly. The beach view it’s amazing, the grounds were very clean and well kept. I just think it was expensive for the amount of amenities, even though it was beachfront."
