"Definitely the best hotel ive stayed at. Would stay again one hundred percent. The breakfast was good the room was amazing and the staff the best ."

"The room was clean, but there is a mildew smell. The staff is not very helpful and charged the wrong person and simply said there was nothing they could do about it even though they were told to call if they had any issue. The staff at the front desk doesn’t seem to want to help you and just send you to a kiosk with somebody on the screen. And even when you try to find out who was working a different shift they say they have no idea because nobody was there when they got there. Very dismissive and not helpful."
