"It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience."

Although a little west of the old quarter, the location was overall good as it was still close to other tourist attractions and it was nestled in a nice spot where you couldn't hear motorbikes from the room. I really liked the feel of the room. It was clean and easy to keep cool and the beds was very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and unobtrusive."

"We only stayed for one night (before our flight home from Hanoi), but we wish we’d have had more time in this beautiful hotel. The lobby area is vibrant and the rooms are stylish. What stood out to me - after staying in various different South-east Asian hotels over the last 3 weeks - was the powerful, adjustable shower head, the quality shower products, the powerful hairdryer with different settings, and the comfort of the bed and pillows. These things really make a difference! Aside from the place itself and its amenities, one member of staff, in particular, stood out for her warm, welcoming, genuine nature: Susan. What an asset to the Solaria team! She was exactly the sort of person we wanted to be greeted by, after a long day of travelling, and was so helpful. "
