I had a very nice stay at Elegant Suites Westlake. It’s a clean , well maintenance hotel with impressive breakfast. Kevin, Adam and all the rest of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Westlake area in Hanoi.

I have stayed at Elegant Suites for many years now and if anything it continues to improve. The facilities including restaurant, gym, swimming pool and spa are uniformly excellent. The gardens are beautiful and Jenny and all of the staff cannot do enough to assist with any query or request. Obviously there is a lot of construction work presently underway in the local area but Elegant Suites is an Oasis from all all of that and once inside the complex you would hardly know. I would not stay anywhere else in Hanoi and unreservedly recommend. James Collins

Terrific Stay in Hanoi

We had a wonderful stay at Elegant Suites. The room was excellent with an incredible view of the lake. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing.

Tay Ho is a great neighborhood. Close to the airport and lots of great little bars and restaurants (Vietnamese and other global treats). The staff at Elegant Suites were professional, kind and helpful. We will definitely return when we head back to Hanoi.

Lovely hotel out of the hustle and bustle with just a $4 Aud grab to old town. Massive rooms like being at home. We checked out late and sat around the pool before heading to the train station. Highly recommend

Communication should be transparent

Fantastic room! Fantastic service! Fabulous breakfast! A very sincere smile from the whole team! But I sincerely would not have booked here for my holidays in Hanoi, if I knew beforehand that every morning I would be woken up at 0745 by people drilling holes next to my room! You should have made customers aware of this while booking. According to your notice in the elevator the works were supposed to last up to the 20th or the 22nd; but they are still drilling on the 26th morning… Overall great facilities and services; but disgusted with the ongoing drilling noises; which would have been a very valid reason for me to cancel my holiday booking here and to look for something quieter elsewhere! I regret to say that - But this was very inconvenient and inconsiderate on your part!
