"This is a wonderful recently renovated property. I loved the Surf theme and there was everything I need for a very comfortable nights stay. I arrived at check in time, 3pm, so parking was not an issue but I will say parking is tight with few spaces. It worked great for me as the beach parking was full so parked here and walked the few minutes to the beach. "

"A little gem within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Mill Valley. We started the day with a full, fresh, and delicious included breakfast. Our room looked out on redwoods and was clean and comfortable. Amenities for the bath were plentiful and of good quality. There is a 24-hour front desk with friendly staff and free parking on the premises. We will definitely stay there again when in Mill Valley."

"Easy,free parking. Walked to town for dinner. Coffee available in the morning, along with fruit and muffins,etc. worked out well for us after a long day of travel."

"The guy at the front desk called the cops on me for asking for the utensils his reason was cause I was to big and blk . Some straight non sense. Avoid this hotel and they want bring anything to your room. There not accommodating at all"

"Area safe, clean, and walkable. The building, an upgraded 70's style hotel, had two enclosed courtyards, (one had a pool). Visitor access to the lobby computer/printer/scanner. Vending machines, snacks sold in lobby, dedicated reading area with calming music. A+ for this category hotel."

"On the positive side, the hotel itself is nice — the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property also offers EV charging, which is a great amenity in theory. However, the biggest issue was the staff and overall attitude, which really affected our experience. We were traveling with a child and were initially placed in a very noisy room. "Do NOT stay here! It was not a clean place I felt dirty the whole time. The room smelled so gross and musty. One of the pillows had dirt on it. There were stains on the carpet as well. I didn’t have a private bathroom and had to share one and being a young single woman I was scared and the booking didn’t even specify I wouldn’t have my own bathroom. The service was so bad there was only like two people working there. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!"
