"This is a wonderful recently renovated property. I loved the Surf theme and there was everything I need for a very comfortable nights stay. I arrived at check in time, 3pm, so parking was not an issue but I will say parking is tight with few spaces. It worked great for me as the beach parking was full so parked here and walked the few minutes to the beach. "

"It is ok, but super small. There is only 6 inches on each side of the sink. There is nowhere to open or put your suitcase. Updated nicely a few years ago, but not maintained. The shower fixtures were falling off the wall and the sink drained super slowly. The website said “daily service” but I had to ask for 3 days before I got any new towels, trash collected, new sheets or the floor cleaned."

"Motel 6 on the great highway is a quiet place with good parking. It was somewhat old looking but adequate. No shampoo was provided… but it had soap…I had to request another blanket as one night I was cold…i no complaints"

"Everything clean. Parking garage was full and couldn’t use, which required street parking resulting in parking ticket as the directions are not visible at night. There was an issue with tv which was resolved within 20 minutes "

"Great funky hotel - ideal if you're not crazy about staying in the sterile chain hotels. If you want your own private bathroom make sure you're selecting a room that has that - I was in a room with 2 shared bathroom/showers that were at the ends of the hallway, but the bathrooms/showers were usually available (these shared bathrooms are one-person at a time, private bathrooms). Super comfortable, extremely quiet. Great place to stay if you don't mind a place that's probably a little more...

There were far too many stairs and level changes to navigate in order to reach the room, and very little assistance was offered to my wife and me. We were told to “take the elevator, and it’s only a few steps to your room,” but that was completely inaccurate. "This property is under construction. The room that I paid for on Expedia was not the room that was provided to me. They had no rooms available with a patio, which is what I paid for. The hotel is under construction. The rooms smell like cigarettes, and the staff was rude. I would not recommend this property and Expedia needs to update their website in accordance with the hotel. "
