"I really liked how our housemaid kept everything clean and nice. She was great! The hotel is great and clean. Many stores and restaurants to choose from."

"The house keeping didnt even do regular check ins like other hotels ive stayed at. No replacement of towels, I asked them and they guy said "go get towels yourself" they also didn't even take our trash, when we first checked in there was still trash IN THE BIN. One upside is that they didn't rush me out on my last day. The girl at the front desk was also very nice."

"My wife and I were disappointed with the service. The front desk staff treated her very rudely upon asking for a late check out. By the way, no apologies from the management team and front office personnel concerning Sundays evacuations of our room due to a smoke issue. How rude? Disappointed with staff and again no apologies from hotel staff. Be careful staying at this property due to poor customer service."

"It’s a very beautiful property, but it is expensive very creative with the fish tank in the lobby. Very nice rooftop venue as well as tennis courts."
