"We stayed at this hotel as a mini getaway for my husband and me. We traveled from the tri cities, the hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel was fairly busy so check in was a little bit of a wait. We had to let the front desk know about our shower gel being out and needed a refill. Staff was friendly and professional. I used the gym once and it was nice and clean. Alot of equipment to use. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. "

"I mean it was fine, but the bed was incredibly uncomfortable without a box spring, the pictures made the place seem more cozy and much bigger especially for the price. It was sketchy with the amount of people trying to camp near the building and shouting because of the drug usage in the area. "

"There was nothing in our room to cause me to think it was not clean. Occasionally, there are hints or remnants of previous guests in hotel rooms. There was nothing noticeable in this room. The grounds were well-kept, though j noticed that trash cans at the bistro were overflowing a bit by 8 am on Saturday morning."

""Free hot breakfast" is at a restaurant down the block. Food was fine but restaurant charges $4 for a self-serve cup of coffee in a paper cup. No coffee machine in the room at Montvale so there you go."
