"This is our go-to hotel for Spokane travel. All the best of downtown while being a little removed. Hotel and staff are amazing. The outdoor seating area is also great!"

"The rooms are nice, clean and price comparible to other hotels in same area of town. The only 2 kind of negatives was the bathroom was so small, the door almost hits your knees while sitting in the toilet. The other downfall was our windows was the parkinglot, and we were on ground level. Overall we would stay there again."

"This is a delightful old home which has been a Bed and Breakfast since 1987. I loved the wraparound porch. Room was spacious enough. Breakfast was nice: yogurt w granola and fresh fruit; croissant; 7-minute boiled eggs...same each day. I wanted to use the croquet set but we never quite got to it. Some reviews mentioned a problem with the shared bathroom if you choose one of those two rooms. I thought it was fine. Everyone was considerate. However, if you are traveling alone I wouldn't...

"We checked in mid afternoon, June 21st. We flipped the bed sheets back, & noticed an ugly stain on the bottom sheet. We immediately called the front desk & were told she would call us right back. By late evening, no phone call & nothing was done about it. FREE breakfast: eggs & sausages were ice cold & so was the coffee. Didn't see anyone around to rectify this. Room for improvement."
