"This was a really great hotel that has been renovated and part of bringing a core back to the downtown of Spokane. Great restaurants around and the complimentary breakfast at Rosie's was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Our pillows in the room seemed a little older and small but it could be that replenishing with new items are taking some time. Really nice stay."

"Great breakfast, comfortable beds, clean and well maintained property and rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Very acomidating ( they allowed us to check in an 1 hour early and check out an 1 hour late with out any extra charge.) And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again!"

"Hotel was tidy and comfortable. Lobby has lots of nooks to sit in with TV's and space for you and your friends. Hotel bistro was way over priced! Staff were all very nice and accommodating."

"Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

"I cannot recommend this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. Things began poorly. The day before our arrival we received a call that the hotel was overbooked and they wanted to move us for our first night and then bring us back to the hotel for nights 2 and 3. I said no. I couldn't be out of lodging for 4 plus hours between check out and check in. Housekeeping was minimal at best. On day 1 our towels were refreshed but the bed was not made. I don't mean fresh sheets, simply not made. Three calls...
