"Our first room smelled kind of funky so we asked the lovely staff at the front desk about it and they moved us to a nice new perfectly nice smelling room asap! The included breakfast was nice and parking was plentiful."

"Our room was ready when we arrived. It was bigger than we expected. It was also clean. Check in was fast and friendly staff. The breakfast was great a lot of good options and it never ran out, which is nice when the hotel is sold out. I did not use hot tub. Overall a great experience and we will still here again."

Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

"Very modern decor in rooms, clean, comfy beds. The shower is another level! It’s like standing under a waterfall - we loved it! We ordered room service too. The French dip is delish!"

"First of all they advertise they have their own parking lot. While they do, it fits probably only around 15 vehicles and only if they’re compact size. Secondly, I sent a special request that we be able to have a room near the entrance and without stairs since we were there for my husband to have double eye surgery. No one ever contacted me to tell me that we may have to park in a parking garage and then walk to the hotel or tell me the only way to get to our room was up a flight of stairs. ...

"This hotel has a lot of potential. Some of the Front Desk staff was super accommodating.. It’s a hotel that is figuring out its new status. The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker."

"My main complaint had to do with the bathroom in my room. I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush after urinating in it; and the sink wouldn’t drain without holding the drain stopper up. Parking was easy, staff was helpful, and breakfast was better than most."
