I know it is out of their control, but the unhoused people in the neighborhood (The 7-11 across the street) is not safe. I counted 25 people doing various things, with a lot of taking or exchange of drugs. When I went down the stairs to the car on the La Quinta property there was human feces. "We went to a concert at the Knitting Factory and this hotel was walking distance to the venue and also the restaurant we met friends at before the show. Comfy beds, friendly staff, and yummy breakfast too!"

"The facility was older but clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was satisfactory, but the bathroom was in poor shape. The bathtub had some type of epoxy like they use on boats all over the bottom of the tub. It was bumpy and peeling. The bathtub was very uninviting. I contemplated not showing because it looked like the stuff on the tub would come off. I would definitely not take a bath."
