"A very old dear friend and I met there for a long overdue reunion. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The towels were sparkling white and new. Loved that! The breakfast was surprisingly good, fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and hot oatmeal cereal and breads and pastries and fruit. Lots of hot coffee and friendly service. Very reasonably priced. Booked through Expedia. All in all an excellent experience."

"Nice place, 2 bedroom suite was big and beds were nice but the pull out couch was the worse ever. Springs in your back and the blanket was so scratchy. Couldn't use it at all, needs to be trashed and updated for sure.It cost me $18.00 to do 1 small load of clothes in their laundry room. A little box of tide was $5, 2 dryer sheets in 1 box was $5 and it cost $4 to wash a little load and $4 for the dryer. Seems a little high to me, glad I only needed to do 1 load."

"Very inexpensive for the time we were there (not peak) and met the need for a place to stay for one quick night, so ultimately it was fine but if you are staying multiple nights for a vacation, I recommend choosing a different property as the building is a bit old and the customer service was hit and miss."

"TV didn’t work. Other than that, it was nice. I really appreciated the shuttle to Universal Studios. It helped my wife and I a lot. Free breakfast is included is always a life saver before walking through the park for a long time."

"Overall it was ok. The curtain for the outside porch was dirty. The towels in the bathroom looked unclean although it was washed. You could tell they have been used many times before. There was no inside shower curtain so we had to use towels for the bathroom floor. The AC was set at 70 degrees and unfortunately the night time was rough because it was hot. The main closet had a loud noise that I mentioned to the host about and was told it would get fixed and that never happened in the week that...
