"The front desk staff was excellent!!! They understood our needs and handled everything professionally and with kindness. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and calm unlike the resort we had to leave. The breakfast was tasty and the gym was great. Didn’t get an opportunity to use the pool, but it looked clean and was again, quiet. We will definitely stay here again, if we come to Orlando. "

"We ate breakfast there and it was a great. The Hispanic lady that works the breakfast area in the morning does a great job. I wish I could remember her name. She provides great customer service. The pool area was clean and it had plenty of clean towels. It's located five minutes from the universal studios. Location and everything was great. "

"Rooms are clean and staff were nice. I would categorize this as a value resort based on amenities and activities. There are limited activities at the resort. "

"The property was clean and up to date, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only criticism would be that there wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we has to call for more and wait. Also, next time ill be sure to book a room closer to the elevator because it was a lengthy walk to our room but other than those two minor inconveniences, everything was great and ill definitely be back."

"This is a great venue to stay at and my family and I felt safe the entire time! The only thing I didnt agree with is that youre charged for parking in the hotel parking lot, even though you paid to stay there AND had to drive a vehicle to the venue. Other than that, the room smelled great and everything was spotless upon arrival! Regardless of the parking charges, I'd stay here again! "
