"Very good communication. In general the apartment building is clean and nice, though inside the apartment smelled strong curry ( Penthouse ), even a cheap air freshener will make a difference. Vacumn in entrance solved this. Black mould on glass and frame in bathroom due to single glazing on all windows was cleaned.
