"The staff were friendly, but the overall hygiene of the hotel was below standard. The pool looked terrible and the water seemed like it hadn’t been changed for quite some time. Even the pool towels had an unpleasant smell. The carpet in our room also smelled like feet."

However, they should have told us there is construction right outside Segara，which impacted the view of the pool and the noise is disturbing. We would have chosen another site if we were made known.
