"This is a great hotel for the price range. They have microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms which is crucial for many travelers. The rooms are modern, new and clean. Our only complaint is the lack of water pressure in the shower, but after staying in many hotels this seems to be a common problem. The environment outside the hotel isn’t ideal (across from a gas station and a Target) but you won’t found anything better in Goleta unless you can afford to stay at Ritz Carlton. I looked into...

"The hotel was nice and clean, friendly staff and good parking (I didn't have their breakfast). My only complaint was that I was woken up by 2 very loud younger children from the room next door at 6:30 in the morning and it was loud until the family left around 8:00 am."

"Horrible, highly abusive staff if you have a disability. I had an epileptic seizure in the lobby at the time of check in. The front desk agent had already been informed that I have epilepsy. The agent accused me of being on drugs, told me I should go outside and wiggle in the dirt and get out of her lobby and did this in front of other hotel guests. Then she told me she didn't want my "kind of problem" at her hotel and threatened to call the police if I did not immediately get our of her lobby....

"I like the beds and linens, Door had a huge gap underneath, floors could have been mopped better. It served its purpose up for a wedding left the next morning."

"Tried to contact hotel by phone three times and once by email prior to our arrival to let them know we were getting in late. No answer or response at all. Showed up to no one working and apparently one person was responsible for 4 hotels and helped us checkin to a room that was dirty, had no trash can or soap, the shower was moldy, the sheets were like toilet paper and towels like t-shirts. The morning breakfast is cereal and starts at 730am so no coffee until then as there was no coffee...

"Would have given more stars, everything was great except for two areas. First, the food is very basic, but we had heard that and there is great dining nearby. However, we were there for two nights and NEVER received maid service, even after going to the office (across the street btw) THREE times and repeatedly being promised service. Also, parking is very limited. Great location and cute property. "

"The staff was SUPER friendly and professional. The parking lot could use some extra lighting in the far back. But my overall experience was amazing! The bed was super comfortable. I loved that every room had a balcony (that I saw). The shower head had great pressure! Room was clean with cute decor! I felt secure and safe in my room. Super close and easy to get on and off the hwy. Breakfast was delicious! I wasn’t ready to leave back to the real world again. I’d 100% stay here again."

"Refrigerator was rusted, outdated. The TV disintegrated work several times, staff came up, we helped restart tv,channels were terrible, there were dead bugs on top sheet in one of the beds!! Just was not worth what we paid for at all!!! Vey disappointed in our visit!"

Esto es un motel de ruta ... no es un hotel de casi 400 dolares x noche ... me siento estafado totalmente !!!!
