"Loved the vast space the room provided. My kitchenette was well equipped, the toilet showers were heavenly and the privacy afforded by the individual rooms was so very welcomed. Plus, location is just off Clifton Hill, which is extremely convenient for tourists. Will definitely repeat the experience. "

"Walking distance to the falls and the tourist area. Super easy to get to from the Rainbow Bridge and parking was easy. My breakfast (omelette) was delicious, and the fresh fruit was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay again - in fact, I am looking forward to it!"

"I stayed at the hotel with my family and everything was great except the wifi, it was really slow and very frustrating, the next thing was the elevators, they are really slow like I wanted to take the elevator once and it took 10 mins to wait, at one point my daughter almost got stuck in the elevator and it gets jammed to quick or when trying to call for help the internet wasn't working and they elevator call wouldn't go through. In the end it was a good experience."

"One of the best inns to stay at in Niagara Falls. The room are minimalist and very clean and bright. The free parking is a bonus. The location is central and a very safe zone. The staff are very friendly and attentive to one's needs. This is one of the best smaller hotel/motel to stay at and definitely recommended."

"The information regarding the distance to nearby locations. For example update the walk distance to Queen Victoria Park. it is around one hour walk (seniors pace)."

"The property was in a fantastic location! Having on-site parking was incredibly convenient, and the pool was absolutely spotless. The Property Manager, Dave, was wonderful. He provided excellent recommendations on how to navigate the area and where to eat. Our only minor feedback is that a second bathroom would be a great addition. With six ladies getting ready, it got a bit busy at times! However, other than that, everything was great, and I would absolutely stay here again."

"If I have to rate this place because of the staff, they would all get 5 ⭐️. They were really helpful but oh my lord I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because the chemicals the swimming pool had was so strong but so strong i couldn’t even sleep my eyes was burning my room was smelling straight up chlorine and we called front desk to see if we could be removed and they did. The room we got was so much better but we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or any of the hotel provided. The RK,...

"Staff are very nice. Location is amazing and the prices are reasonable. I like that they have a nice variety of room types, we chose a superior room and had 2 queen beds, a sofa/living room area and a large entranceway."
