"We had a wonderful stay with our two kids! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained throughout our stay, making it a great choice for families. The breakfast was really good, with lots of options for everyone. We also tried the dinner buffet one night and have no regrets—it was delicious! You can even smell the amazing food as soon as you step out of the elevator, which gets you excited for the meal. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!"

"Muy buen hotel, muy cerca de Clifton Hill, 1 min caminando. Personal de recepción muy amable. Camas confortables. Aspecto a mejorar es que no nos hicieron aseo en la habitación en la mañana, y cuando llegamos después a descansar estaban las camas sin hacer. Lo iban a hacer pero ya eran las 15 hrs y nosotros decidimos que no... ya era tarde y lo hicimos nosotros."

"Our stay at the hotel was pleasant overall, but one experience left us very disappointed. There is a business located on the main floor (District 11, Shop&Snack) , and during a period of heavy rain, we politely expressed our concern about closing one of the doors and not letting us go out. Instead of addressing our concern professionally, the managers were extremely rude and dismissive. Their attitude was unnecessary and made us feel unwelcome and as the result we decided not to make any order with them ( we were about 9 people). Customer service and basic courtesy go a long way, especially when guests are simply raising a reasonable concern. I hope the hotel and the business work together to ensure visitors are treated with more respect in the future."
