"Room was clean.Staff were friendly and very helpful. Body lotion was empty, that was disappointing finding that out after a shower. "

"All good, only thing is toilet was extremely low , I have bad knees had an aweful time getting up. Other than that the room and staff were excellent. P.s Hockey team kids 1am banging on all doors . Parents should be told if they don’t control their children they will be charged extra if complaints come in. Thank you"

"The front desk staff were exceptional and we had great conversation with the two of them. Our room was clean and as expected . The bed was not as comfortable as would have liked but still slept ok. Detectives notice before going the pool would be closed during our stay for routine maintenance. That was nice to get ahead of time. It ended up getting done while we were there. Not our first time at the Falls Inn- didn’t disappoint. Clean, friendly staff and location is good too."
