This property is very clean and fairly newly renovated although some paint if starting to lift a touch. The room was extremely clean. The only things we would prefer different are. We would prefer the floors were carpeted for warmth. We both have arthritis and the cold floors make us uncomfortable. We also would like a Keurig in the room
