"Loved the vast space the room provided. My kitchenette was well equipped, the toilet showers were heavenly and the privacy afforded by the individual rooms was so very welcomed. Plus, location is just off Clifton Hill, which is extremely convenient for tourists. Will definitely repeat the experience. "

"Very friendly staff at check in, clean room, amenities were nice and well kept, good on site affordable breakfast options, lots nearby, close enough to Clifton Hill fun, 15ish minute walk to the falls but very doable. Easy check out process. On site parking is expensive, but they offer cheaper options off-site. Very basic stay. Good for one night. Nice view of the fireworks from the 9th floor riverside."

"Great little hotel, fairly central about a 10 min walk to Clifton hill , staff helpful and breakfast is good note it gets packed by 8am. One thing is you have to buy water or become a member of their rewards plan which is ok . Highly recommend great value"

"The property was very pretty. There was enough parking. The rooms were airy and bright. Included lots of the amenities that I like such as a full length mirror. the breakfast was very tasty and the owners were friendly and attentive. I would recommend butterfly manor to other people and I would definitely stay again."

"We had another amazing stay at this quaint B&B! Alice and Jacky were amazing, and always willing to make extra waffles and pancakes for us. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. It is a pleasant walk to the Falls and Clifton Hill. You can enjoy all the attractions while still having a calm, quiet place to relax."

"They had a great breakfast buffet. We had a king room which was very small ,dark & dingy…it smelled musty & stale; the bathroom was also very small.We tried to upgrade to a suite, but there was no availability. I could not stay there again."

"The property is wonderful! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The most amazing feature was the view from our room. We booked a Superior King and were delighted to find a loveseat situated in front of the huge wall of windows overlooking the falls. I initially wondered if I would regret spending so much on a room, but it was worth every penny. We actually spent the evening in, ordered room service, watched the Carolina Hurricanes game in the Stanley Cup finals all while enjoying the view...
