"This hotel is incredible! The building itself is unbelievably beautiful. The staff is so friendly. Room are well appointed and spacious. The grounds are so beautiful you want to get lost in them. We stay a full day just at the hotel because there was so much to do. "

"Absolutely amazing property. All the staff- front desk and concierge, porters, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, spa staff, grounds crew, etc were all extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was beautiful with its decor, view of the grounds, space, sitting area, large tub, available water and coffee. It was such a treat to have the room prepared for evening with the chocolate on the pillow. Such a special treat! The variety of activities available were great....

"The Hotel was beautiful and the spa was wonderful. Great location. The bathroom has a large lovely bathtub. It was October and cold. I tried to run the bath and the water was only warm. Odd, because the shower was hot. I called about it. I also stopped by the front desk. They said they would send someone. We were there 3 nights. The problem was not solved and I didn't get to take a long hot bath. Very dissapointing."
