"Nice friendly hotel"

"Overall the stay was a 4. The reasons we chose this hotel was because it was slightly larger than normal rooms. There was a separate living space, plus a full kitchen. Although our ice maker in the freezer was broken. We were able to get ziplock gallon size ice bags filled from the front desk. Our room did not have a phone. So we had no access to call front desk if we needed anything. Tried calling the 1800 number but that continued to be busy for some reason. For safety reasons there should be...

"Everything was good but through no fault of the desk vlerk yhe phone kept ringing which delayed check-in. An answering machine, maybe? Also, waited quite a ehile for the shuttle at the airport. Other hotel shuttles came and went twice before ours arrived."

"Nice enough for the price. A bit off the grid from Seattle but convenient and close to SeaTac airport. "

"The bed and amenities were amazing. I love the Crabtree and Evelyn soaps. They are such a luxurious touch. The coffee is also wonderful - coffee bean and tea leaf is so good! The beds were incredibly comfortable and I had a very nice sleep. The property does seem to be in need of an update as it is chipping and outdated. But truly, I can handle that with the other things comforts. "
