"Large rooms, kind staff. Amazing price"

"Very good location"

"The entire grounds were very nice. As for the room, I felt it could be a little cleaner, but I think it's okay for the price."

"Lovely property, secluded but good shuttle options to ski field (less than 5 mins) and twice daily to Karuizawa. Staff were friendly - used Google translate as there were not many western travellers. Amazing Onsens - all gender seperate apart from private but open 24 hours. Food was great - and a shop for snacks, souvenirs and drinks. Great for winding down and experiencing the snow and small field close by."

"とても良かったです。 また軽井沢に来る時に来たいです。"

"The rooms were very clean spacious."

"Relaxing stay with everything taken care of from dinner to breakfast. Although we walked around f there is a free shuttle to bus terminal which is a few mins walk to the yubatake."

"Loved this place! Super clean and convenient. Loved the Onsen in the hotel. The shuttle to Yubatake was great! This was a great place to stay, even more so if you bring your dog as they are very dog friendly!"

"Clean room, friendly staff and breakfast was thoughtful and delicious."

"初めて利用させて頂きました。 とても素敵な宿でした。ゆっくりと過ごす事ができました。静かに流れる時間が贅沢でした。また、利用させて頂きたいです。ありがとうございました。"

"Great outdoors ♨️ hot springs ("roten-buro"), wide beautiful view with natural onsen! Breakfast buffet also yummy! "

"Great location and staff is friendly."

"We couldn't contact the front desk from our room. Safety issues. "

"The food is delicious and very varied. And the onsen bath was fantastic. They have access to a spring that makes your skin feel soft like cotton. Truly a lovely experience"

"I have never stayed somewhere with a kinder, friendlier staff. I was blown away by how caring and thoughtful they were."

"Great experience !"

"En route to Kusatsu this was a great stay. Parking included. Clean rooms. Private onsen. Highly suggest the local eatery Kei's which is only 5 minutes away by car and open late. Great stay!"

"A very traditional Japanese hotel with thorough service, we had a very nice stay. Staff took care of swapping out the futon, alongside bus services to various parts of Kusatsu. The onsen was well maintained and also tattoo friendly!"

"おしゃれで素敵なお部屋でした！"
