"Couldn't fault this hotel. It's location by the beach, next to the tram with easy access to the airport by bus or taxi was great. This hotel is what my wife refers to as an old grand style. "Friendly check in staff, room was super clean, everyday. As was the common areas. No outside road noise and comfy beds. The only thing to fault which is out of there control is the lift wasnt working past level 2. The manager notified me prior to my arrival with an offer to change floors and offer a compensation with mini bar or free parking for my stay, ive already booked my return weeks long trip with them."

"Great location, central to restaurants, shops and public transport at your doorstep. Quiet overall, checkout at 11am so no mad rush in the morning to leave. "The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a great location. I asked for a quiet room however they chose to give me a room between the lift and housekeeping which was the opposite of quiet. Not sure why a simple request was not only ignored but chose to put me in a room where outside noise was maximised."
