Good clean hotel, with friendly staff and proximity to the innovation district as well as the Flinders University. The Marion mall is also nearby.
However, some of the challenges with the hotel were:
1) very limited car parking. The alternate parking is a 5mins walk - which is odd for a suburban location.
2) very limited options for dinner, if wanting something different than the hotel's own restaurant's menu
3) despite proximity to a business district and a university, the hotel is NOT equipped for international travelers. No USB or USB-C ports, and no international plugs in the room
4) elevators could use additional signage on each floor for the respective level/number
5) despite the hotel being 2-3years old, there were issues with deliveries from Amazon, Uber Eats etc., as the location was not known or recognized. Faced challenges with missed deliveries.
6) room service staff did not have any sweeteners for coffee/tea. Had to grab them from the restaurant downstairs.
