"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

"The hallways were very dirty and in need of a vacuum. We booked a room (209) for 3 people. The 3rd bed (sofa bed) hadn’t been made when we checked in so we asked it to be done. We were assured it would be done in the evening but when we came home at 11.30pm it still hadn’t been done. So we had to ask again…it was done after midnight….waiting to go to bed is not ideal. I don’t rate this hotel at all."

"The property was lovely , the room beautiful clean and well stocked. All of the staff were so helpful friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located v close to the dlr and a short walk to both Elizabeth’s line and jubilee . Would stay here again for sure."

"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"We had a great stay overall. We had a twin bed room — the room was a bit small overall still really nice aesthetically. Air conditioning was a bit hard to manage as it wouldn’t drop when we adjusted it before bed leading to waking up in night sweats since the only bedding they provide was comforters. We got to visit the sky bar once but they are only opened on certain days which was a bummer. Staff was nice, they provide water and cookies on the reception floor that you can refill with a...

"Close to Greenwich train station and DLR. 1 bedroom apartment well equipped and use of guest laundry in basement was great. Helpful front desk too."
