"This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. "Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing. The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself. There are many things available to do at the resort: spa facilities, pool, tours of the winery, etc. The food was amazing.
