We liked the Hotel overall. Some details were not perfect, for example the bathroom could be in a better condition. The a la carte breakfast was very good but very small portions. All in all a good hotel for 1-2 nights to explore the Etna area.

We were wine tasting for 3 days around the north side of Mt Etna. Hotel in a great location. The town of Linguaglossa is a little slow and limited. But this was shoulder reason. Staff was excellent- eager to please and very responsive

We had a truly lovely time at Shalai. They came recommended by friends who stayed earlier in summer. The hospitality was amazing. Marta and her team were so helpful. We loved their dining recommendation and the resort itself was so well maintained and comfortable. Amazing breakfast and we used the Spa features and treatments as a special treat and we are so glad we did.Not something we normally indulge in but it was a special occasion and was well worth it- great value. We wish we could have stayed a little longer to explore the Etna wine country but are really happy we were able to visit for the time we did.

Riesiges Bett, Dunkles Bad mit nur einer schwachen Lichtquelle. Die aber ausreicht um den Schlaf des Partners zu stören, wenn der andere nachts ins Bad muss. Eine Glaswand grenzt an das Zimmer und lässt das Licht durch. Die Schiebetür zum Bad ist slles andere als angenehm, denn sie ist systembedingt nicht dicht.

All'insegna del relax e del buon gusto. L'Hotel infatti é sobrio ma elegante e raffinato (dal vivo rende molto di più rispetto alle foto del sito). Fantastica la spa, riservata, pulita e ben organizzata. Gentile e cordiale il personale.

Very nice place to relax, small litte village, but not to far from Taormina, but you do need a car to get to places.
